- Ticket images — photos you upload of your parking ticket, used to generate your appeal letter and stored temporarily during processing.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number or payment credentials.
- Server logs — standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Used for security and debugging only.
How We Use It
- To generate your parking ticket appeal letter.
- To send you account-related emails. No marketing emails without your consent.
- To process your payment securely through Stripe.
- To improve the service and fix issues.
What We Don't Do
- We don't sell your data to anyone, ever.
- We don't share your ticket information with third parties.
- We don't use your data for advertising or tracking.
Data Retention
- Uploaded ticket images are deleted after your appeal letter is generated.
- Account data is kept while your account is active.
- You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@fixparkingticket.com.
Cookies
- We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. That's it.
- No third-party tracking cookies. No analytics pixels. No ad retargeting.
